Hey guys, i haven't posted on fitness.com for some time now, but, regardless, i'm back.
. i got a question about single leg squats. I had gotten half way decent, or well enough to hold 15's in my hand while doin them, until my knees started making a crunchy, sandy sorta noise. i made sure that my form was well but i figured a lot of running/the stress of almost all your body weight coming down on one knee might have some effect on this. What's yalls input on this? should i stop doing them? i'd sorta hate to because it's such a convient body weight exercise
