Bed-time Snacks

Any good, low fat foods that are good pre-bed snacks (Fruits, non=fat yogurt, sugar free ice pops). I know cheddar cheese is recommended but would non-fat mozzarella be a good subsitute? Slowly absorbing protein?

A pint of skimmed milk, or a few spoons of ow fat cottage cheese in my opinion. anything ith caesin, as that's a slow absorbing protein.

Peanut butter.

I used to need the late night snack, now I just fill up on water. Aside from the inevitable side effect of urninating every 10 minutes, it works well for me.
