Becoming yummy!

Okay - a small start. To get back into exercise, I have been fitting in a ten min exercise dvd each day - currently Cindy Crawford. It's hard for me to get time to work out with baby, but I reckon I can fit in one hour per week - even if I have to do it in ten minute stints. I already get some exercise pushing baby up and down the hills around where I live.
 
Okay, so I've been exercising for a week. Happy with that. Now it's time to sort out the diet. New healthy regime starting today. For the next 9 days I will eat fruit,juice, veg,beans, lentils, cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs, fish, nuts, seeds and good oils. This is a slightly more flexible version of my previous raw food diet that worked really well. Next weigh in is on Weds 27th Oct.
 
Done four days on my new diet. Feeling good. Just another 5 days to go and I will start including more carby foods like rice,pasta, bread and potatoes...
