Thanks for stopping by!! I went to my doctor's appt...his scale says I've gained 1/2 lb. He didn't even mention it. I'll have that off in no time. I'm finally figuring out where my cals need to be, and what activity level I need to maintain to keep this off. You would think I'd know that by now, but this is a learning process. Just because the information I've researched says I can eat this many cals, doesn't mean my body likes that number.
 
That's absolutely too. In fact your body will adjust out of fear of starvation at first. It really does come down to trial and error.
