BEAT the NEW YEARS EVE CROWD!

Hey success! Thanks for stopping by. Very much appreciated.

Usually, about 50% of the time, it is unintentional caloric increases. I refuse to call them binges!!!! So, I need to control that. My gym is inside a mall, so I reserved my spot in cycling and then went walking throughout the mall, which all the damage continued. I got a Mrs. Field's cookie, regular size. Then, I remembered, $1 Tuesday Tacos...so I had two of those.

1) Didn't feel like puking during cycling.

2) This seriously needs to stop. I have some crazy food addiction signs and symptoms right now. I am tired tired tired of it!! All this emotion attachment to food is NOT GOOD.

If I continue to believe tomorrow is a new day, which it always is, then I can always bounce back. I just hate falling and bouncing back all the time.

I believe two weeks ago, I had a good 3 consecutive days. I WANT THAT BACK.

hey success! Today was good until my brother came home with calzones from costco and popped them in the oven. I haven't exercised a minute either.

I haven't weighed myself since i'm slipping off the wagon. Gotta get back! My goal wasn't to lose almost 12 pounds.

I"m reading up on the Vegan diet, just eliminating animal products. I would simply have to take out all my animal based protein and trade in for the soy and legum based. Not so difficult because I love beans!

So I did 40minutes of cycling and then 60minutes of serious turbo kickboxing!

I can't weigh in by 189 by Saturday, but maybe Monday? I hope so. I just gotta keep going! I have all this fruit and like 8 cans of black beans! and 2 boxes of soup and just all this food I can eat! Got plenty of protein as well.

Just some random self-suggestions I should incorporate...

I should eat 3 meals in a day and 2 snacks. I should also drink 12-16cups of water each day.

2. Plan ahead or plan to fail.

Use convenience, such as sandwich bags and tupperware. Keep water bottles filled and chilled with filtered water. Plan meals once a week and go grocery shopping once a week.

3. Exercise 400-500 minutes a week.

4. Caloric Intake for 7 days should be 10,000 calories.

My neck pain is gone and I can't be happier. That strained neck muscle on my right side was lasting on and off for almost a month! So, I woke up feeling great, but then I rolled over in bed because .... I didn't want to exercise....So, I decided that I will just have to eat really well today. And I did. Black beans are SO delicious and so healthy. I can eat those for days. Chili? screw you cumin, I love black beans!!!

Although my breakfast burrito of black beans in a whole wheat tortilla was disgusting, but with the almonds, I never felt hungry for a moment. I love the natural almonds as they give such a good crunch!

So I exercised after eating and wow, it's been a while. It was a good sweaty session though. Level 3 is definitely harder than Level 1.

Last night in the shower, while washing my face, I noticed the jaw joint that is below my ear. I was like wow! I can't see them, but now I noticed them...YAY! I have these work pants that are a size 10 I want to wear by March 5! They are still 2 inches too small in the waist band, even in the morning! =( I wore them once at work, but I remember how tight they were then....I want to wear them again!

I really want to decrease my fat around my rib cage and back fat, it makes me look like I have a huge back. HUGE! Too bad it's all fat, handfuls on both sides! XL my ass!

And I've yet to permanently change my eating habits, my emotional connection to food, or any options when I am in desire to chew or eat while bored.

Yeah, I can't believe I bought for all three meals. Unbelievable.

It happens from time to time, main thing is to that you're back on plan the next day. It's how you eat most days that counts.

Looking forward to March, February has been kicking us all hard and taking names this year...

Hey Laurealee,

Looks like you are going for some comfort food...been there done that...my whole life. You can get away from it...as success said, tomorrow is another day. So don't you quit, don't you quit, don't you quit! If I can do it, so can you...we're all with you, but , as you know, you have to take the action. I'd suggest going for a brisk walk...even if it's 30 minutes, get out and move. The more you don't exercise, the more you won't want to. You might try taking an inventory of your thoughts right now...is there someone or some thing you are "eating at"..tired, angry, lonely? For me it always helps to get those thoughts on paper and see them for what they really are...self confidence attackers and killers. We believe in you and know you can achieve your goals...take it 1 day at a time and do the next right thing...and make the next healthy choice.

Sarah
