I'm 31 ,married with 3 kids. All in school now. I have 20 lbs. I want gone by Jan. 2007. That's our 10th ann. I'd like it to be special! Anyway I've started Weight Watcher's on my own and am doing Curves, Belly Dance, Pilates, and a Fat Eliminator workout video. Sometimes if I'm not feeling so hot I just jump on the treadmill. For the last 2 wks. I've stayed on track really well. I've lost one lb. Not much, but it's a start!
