Hi, I'm BobbyBrown (real name's Natasha) :p and I've been posting on and off on these forums and joining a couple of challenges.
I was 176 lbs when I started out and somehow managed to scrape off 6 lbs in a few weeks, which is terrible. I didn't do too well with challenges, so I decided not to join any for now until I really get my eating under control, so I'm going to post every morsel of food I put in my mouth from now on. The potential embarrassment I'll feel for putting '3000 cals today' will probably be enough motivation for me not to eat as much :p

Anyway, this diary's mostly for myself, though it would be appreciated if some others posted their thoughts now and then :eek:

So for today

Breakfast - No breakfast. I normally wake up too late for it.
12 noon - I had about 7 or 8 little jelly burger things which must have been really bad for me, though they said '99% fat free'. I don't trust these labels anymore :p
Lunch - Rice and curry
 
Hey! Well done on creating a diary. I find its quite useful to have one to refer back to. :) It also keeps me on the straight and narrow a bit because if I do eat something I shouldnt I make myself report it to everyone on my diary, and this is a great deterrent lol.

Anyway, I'm not sure of what diet plan you're following? Curry isn't great diet food but as long as you aren't having huge portions of it it's fine.

I hope you've been having a good Christmas. :)

At the moment I'm not following any fixed diet plan, I'm just trying to cut down on my eating, and since I have terrible self control when it comes to fries and chips and stuff, I thought that I'd eat less if I had to post every single thing here :p

And no, the curry is quite little.

Today, for instance, I just got back from my tuitions and I had this craving for chips. Normally I would have bought a packet on my way home, but I remembered this thread of mine and didn't lol
I'll be having dinner in an hour and a half or so, I just hope that my mom made something not-very-fattening, or I'll have to eat very little.

My family doesn't know that I'm trying to lose weight, and I don't want to tell them either because they'll just say that I don't need to and stuff like that and want me to eat even more, for for the moment I have to make do with what my mom cooks at home. Luckily it's pretty healthy most of the time.
 
Just had a bowl of wafers... stop it stop it stop it!

And we have ham and vegetables for dinner... I think I'll have more veggies, though I would normally hate to.
 
Started the day with a rather unhealthy chicken roll. To make up for it I've skipped lunch and I'll have a bottle of water now.
I think I'll eat something at about 5 or 6 and have a very light dinner.
 
Last night's dinner was chicken. Didn't have too much, though. Go me!
Today's lunch I had some rice and curry (but quite little) with a salad.

I'm starting to wonder if it would be better to forget about any kind of diet until new years is over, but I guess I shouldn't.
 
Hey no downing yourself! That's the worst thing you can do! I have the same problem when I go out to eat, so don't feel alone. I have a 9 yr old son though and he eats a ton. So I order what he wants on a menu and split it with him. Sometimes I don't get much!! LOL He can put away the food. Oh and only order water. It's helpful for me. Good luck and welcome to the forum!!:)

Speaking of self control, I went to a function and didn't eat a thing. Now saying that would make me VERY happy normally, except i replaced the food with drink and got completely smashed at the function and ended up coming home and throwing up. :p
So much for that. Anyhow, after tonight, all the functions and parties will be over and exams are starting, so it's back on the weighing scale for me.
 
Pah, barely started a diary and I'm already neglecting it.
Well, the good new is, I'm now 168lbs. Thank GOD I'm out of those 170's and here's to them never returning again. cheers.
 
Just had a big bowl of noodles, though half of it was vegetables I had added in, and now I'm having chips with salsa. I don't think I should eat anything else today.
