Hi, I'm BobbyBrown (real name's Natasha)
and I've been posting on and off on these forums and joining a couple of challenges.
I was 176 lbs when I started out and somehow managed to scrape off 6 lbs in a few weeks, which is terrible. I didn't do too well with challenges, so I decided not to join any for now until I really get my eating under control, so I'm going to post every morsel of food I put in my mouth from now on. The potential embarrassment I'll feel for putting '3000 cals today' will probably be enough motivation for me not to eat as much
Anyway, this diary's mostly for myself, though it would be appreciated if some others posted their thoughts now and then
So for today
Breakfast - No breakfast. I normally wake up too late for it.
12 noon - I had about 7 or 8 little jelly burger things which must have been really bad for me, though they said '99% fat free'. I don't trust these labels anymore
Lunch - Rice and curry
