Ok so i decided to post a few more infos on me, i tried the "tickler thing" and it didn't work out. My goal is to be @ 195lbs i think it's fair and atteinable , right now i'm @ 237 lbs but it's my heaviest. The timeframe for that loss well i don't have one but the sooner the better. So this is my technique
- orange juice in the morning and a fruit (doesn't matter which one)
- drink water for the rest of the day no soft drinks or juices
- whenever i'm too hungry granola bar ( 2 max for the whole day)
- only one good meal with vegetables and meat or fish
- no more fried food
- the " no food 3 hours before you go to bed " rule will be applied
- exercise @ least 2 times a day

I also heard that eating chili and potato @wendys was healthy ??... any feedback on that ...

Welcome to your diary :)

I don't know about Wendy's but I tend to avoid all fast food if I can.

You might consider adding a variety of food - and good, tasty food to your daily menu.

You don't want to starve your body.

You do want to eat every 3 hours or so.

You should also consider eating the way you will need to eat once you get the weight off.

Day 4

It's been a few days now and i'm still going strong, no relapse or anything. Whenever i want to go back to my old habits i drink water. Hence the necessity of having a bottle of water handy...and also because of that unprecedent water consumption i go to the restroom every 10 minutes. No one has ever told me that it would be like this and it's rather disturbing ..as if i had those urinary infection that some people do have sometimes.
As i was saying last time i only weigh myself once a week, and that day will be sunday morning ..i'll keep you posted..

the next episode

Ok so we're monday november 6th, it's been a while now that i haven't write in my journal, but to my defense i was in a challenge, the october one ..So i lost weight 13 lbs as of today, it's good but i'm still not @ the place i want to be. I continue to be cautious with what i eat and drink but i'm not shedding pounds like i thought i would...
I guess patience will be my motto til the end of the year..
