I am brand new to this forum and it looked like there were a lot of helpful people out there. I am hoping someone can help set me up with a good routine for a basketball workout. I am 21 years old 6' 0" 194 pounds. I am very good at shooting, dribbling, rebounding and free throws but my ultimate goal is to be able to dunk the basketball. I have about 6 months to train before the next basketball season starts at my work and i am wondering if that is enough time. I am a member at Northwest Athletic Club here in Minnesota so all the machines are available to me. I go there from 7-8 every morning before work, i usually lift 3 days and play basketball the other 2. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
