Back Workout

Hi everyone,

Given the fact that your meant to work out opposing muscle groups during weight training, I was wondering what the best back workout at home would be. I got plenty for my abs, but I need a good safe one for my back - I don't want to injure myself!

I got a few dumbells, but thats it for the equipment area

The think the pull-up and it's many variations is one of the most productive exercises you can do.You can buy and install (or make) a quality pull-up bar for your home gym for relatively cheap.
