Back to the gym

I'm so excited I finally get to go back to the gym next week since my baby will be old enough to go into the nursery there.

I've been working out at home with my husband in the mornings, and that's been going pretty well, I just much prefer the gym. It seems like I work out harder, and I prefer getting up and going somewhere. It gets me up and out of this house, around other adults, and gives me a break from the endless circus of screaming, gooey small people climbing all over me.

I am just sooo worried that she won't do well in the nursery. I have no worries about my son, he is so social. My baby, however, can get very picky about who is holding her and is a very particular baby. Just my luck that I am going to get all excited, get dressed and go the gym all happy and stuff and she is going to scream her head off, so I'll just have to go home. :( I really hope not. I really really need this.

Thats awesome that they have a nursery there. I certianly don't have any advice, but I do hope it works out for you:)

Aww thanks.

I've been having depression problems, so getting back into the gym will do me a world of good in several ways, I'm just so scared that she will cry and I won't get to go.

btw, I love your sig.

I'm the same way, my gym workouts are so much better than at home, even when its just something simple like abs or arm workouts.

as for your baby...If she does cry in the nursury, let her. 40 mins away from mom is only gonna help make her more socially adapted.
