Yep. Me again about the abs. I tried one or two of the excercises that were mentioned, and have begun to feel lower ab pain, which is good
But you see, (I'm not overweight) my stomach isn't as flat as I'd want it to be, and is somewhat flabby (like when I sit down, bend down, etc). So I was just wondering how long exactly would it take for my stomach to firm up? How long would it take for a 6 - pack to show up?
