back pain

hello


im having trouble with mid back pain only on my right side
and is only in certin binds or stresses.it goes away when im
during my cardio routine then comes back when im inactive
or during cooling down streches also during warmup
streches.ive just started doing cardio for about a week and
and half.and wondering if this is the stress stages the body goes
through after not beeing to active.or if adding more protien to my diet would buid the back muscles stronger. any help would be appriciated. thx pjs.
