Back into it

Hey there,

I'm looking to get back into training after about a year off. Just some history:

about 5 yrs ago I followed the Body-For-Life program and brought my weigh down from 97kg to 82kg over about 6 months, so was pretty successful. I moved away from that program and did something directed toward putting on some muscle mass. Had some success in this too, but from what I've read on this forum, I must've been eating too little...I used to train hard and just get really tired at the end of the workout: I reckon I should've got a lot bigger.

Anyhow, today I find myself having moved to a tiny village in Italy with one local gym that is expensive and not that great, not to mention the operating hours. I have equipped myself with some basic stuff: bench, couple of barbells, some adjustable-weight dumbells and a bench rack that doubles as a squat rack. I also recently bought a decent ellipitcal (cross) trainer that I need to use in winter, seeing as I am not used to northern-hemisphere winters! I currently weigh about 75kg and am hating it because I feel like a skinny rake!

So, with the equipment that I have, do you guys have any recommendations? Any other piece of equipment that'd be worthwhile buying?

I really miss training: the feeling while there and the results afterwards, I need to get back!
