back hip fat???

I need to get rid of that fat that sits on the back of my hips. Love handles i guess is what you can call it. What is a good exercise for these damn things to bugger off of me already??
Like some type of twisting exercise where you can feel them tighten????
Help Please!My bikini is going to cut into these things right away!
 
well then i am screwed cuz i cant control my diet. Right now I am trying the Special K challenge but its only but 3rd day so its hard to say how its going.
 
i've heard a little bit about that, what exactly do you do? just eat special K all day?? or just replace a couple meals with it?
 
You replace two meals a day with special K and you eat your third meal as you normally would and you snack on special K bars,fruit or veggies throughout the day. Its actually not that bad because Special K has 4 different types of cereals so you dont get sick of one flavor.And I am a cereal person so I dont mind it. The only thing I dont like is the snackingo n fruit and veggies cuz I am more of a chips and salsa kinda person (maybe thats where my love handles came from haha).
I just dont get what I am doing wrong at the gym though cause I have been at the gym for 4 months now and only lost 4.6 pounds!!!????
 
lots of cardio. Your body is gonna lose fat in the order it sees fit. With your diet in check and lots of cardio, sooner or later it will start to come off.
