Back exercises...

Hi Dudes,

Not sure if Im working-out my back or not?
I guess some of my exercises are a bit, but I need a good exercise that targets the back to mix with my abs ones.

Hey Dave,

Here are some of my favorites:
-Bent Barbell row
-Cable rows (alter grip position for different feel and target)
-1 arm dumbell rows (also done on cables)
-Lat pulldowns
-Deadlifts (sumo or conventional style are my personal favorites)

Just a thought: You may want to combine back with chest or on a day by itself.

I forgot - I already do lat pulldowns - doh! :)

But I'll definaltey try some of the others, should be able to find out about the form online somewhere :)

So its definately rowing type exercises - that makes sense.
 
Lower back:

-Hyperextensions
-Romanian Deadlifts (barbell, dumbbell, smith machine)
-Barbell Goodmornings
