Back at it again!!

AI am 6'4 356,I got really motivated the begining of last year and went from 385 to 309. Towards the end of year I started screwing up and everything went back downhill and fast. I weighed in sunday at 356 and I am about to try my hardest to get back in routine. I will weigh in every Friday and update this post. Wish me luck guys.

I know all about slacking off. I've been doing it a bit lately myself. It's easy to fall into that kind of pit again if you're not careful :(


Although, going from 385 to 309 is a GREAT accomplishment! You know how to do it, now you just need the focus and the determination to maintain that indefinitely :)


These forums are great. As a friend of mine suggests, a good idea would be to start a diary. It's a great way to meet other amazing members of this forum and to make yourself accountable for certain choices you make throughout the next few weeks/months.


To live healthy is not a burden, btw - it's a blessing. Don't think of it as a diet, but rather, a lifestyle change. It's something that will remain with you for the rest of your life and will make you so much happier and fulfilled in life.


Nobody wants to live overweight and unhealthy.


I think it's great you're back with so much fortitude and I hope you continue to update us all :)

AThanks my biggest problem is staying on routine,and not over eating at 11 pm when I get off work.I have krazy schedule 3-11pm.
