"Baby Weight" can't call it that Forever

First off I would like to start out by saying I hope Iam doing this "diary" correctly. Iam a new member & joined because I like to know Iam not going this journey alone. :newbie:
Iam 24 years old, my son is almost a year old so I feel like Iam running out of time to call this baby weight. After having my son i suffered from postpatum depression which lasted for 4 months. That was a very difficult time in my life. After all of that ended I begin to really enjoy motherhood. I however do not enjoy my post baby body. Plus I should mention that I had a C-section leaving me with a not-so-cute pouch. My whole life I have been the "chubby girl" so I do not strive to be the "skinny girl" all I want is to be healthy. Iam not proud but I feel comfortable posting my weight since I plan to change this number: Current Weight 210 Goal Weight 160 Total Loss 50lbs
Recently I did the Shred video plus a diet shake, after 30 days I only lost 5 pounds. Which for me was very discouraging. So starting back up Monday (oh no thats tomorrow) I will be back to exercising & eating healthy. By posting this I think I will be forced to stay more honest. Wish me luck because Iam going to need it...Let the journey begin!!

There's no right or wrong way to do a diary. It's about YOU keeping track of YOUR progress.

The only thing I suggest doing would be to say what foods you are eating each day and what exercise you have done.

Some people update it daily, I do mine weekly. It's whatever works for you!

Thank you so much for responding & for the luck. Starting tmw I will need it. According to your tracker you are accomplishing your goal. What is working for you? Any diet tips?
Quick question I tried to make a tracker went to the site & copied the URL on the top that didnt work so I tried the bottom URL & that didnt work either. Idk what Iam doing wrong. Do you know which URL to use?
 
Diary #2

Iam ending today with a bad attitude. Feeling similar to Dead Man Walking...I mean woman. It is so hard to get motivated & to stay motivated. Like the Little Engine that Could I must repeat in my head "I think I can, I think I can!" Well I had better get some rest before Day 1 begins manana. Good Night.
 
You can do it! Gotta stay positive and eat the right stuff! You want this for yourself and you have to work for it! It didn't take a week for you to put all of the extra weight *on*, it's not going to take a week to lose it all! It'll take time but you have to keep going with it!

What works for me? Eating healthily and exercising. Haha.

I'm one of the weird sect of people who can do this quite easily (it seems). I don't really miss certain foods or crave anything really. I guess you can check out my diary if you wanna know exactly what I did/am doing.

As for your tracker situation you need to "copy image location" and put it inside in your signature. :)
