I'm having a bit of a problem. I cant seem to lose the fat around my stomach from being pregnant. My son is 17 months!!! I have lost all the baby weight, I now weigh less than I did before I got pregnant. It's just the tire around my waist isnt budging! I work two jobs(desk jobs) so I dont really have time to go to the gym, but we do walk everyday 4 or 5 miles. Any advice??
I am considered skinny but also had a belly. 5 Ft 2, 110 lbs. I can't say that the belly is from a baby - my daughter is 18 years old. I think it's from eating unhealthy and age. It is really true that by changing your diet, (meaning eating healthy - eating 5-6 meals a day, no boxed, no fast food, etc.) will help tremenously. (I also sit at a desk all day. I was walking 3 miles about 4 days a week with my husband. It was our time to catch up on things. I thought we were walking at a good pace and enjoyed the walk but I realize now that by going by myself I have stepped it up and I now see results.) Hope this helps.
