'Baaaaack in the saddle again!'

Water water water!! and maybe smaller meals more regularly if you are crashign and then not stopping eating when you should!


I do this - if i deprive myself for too long, my blood sugar gets too low and I feel faint and HAVE to eat somethign...then I am fine, more than fine, energetic for a while, then dip right back down again...and it becomes more and more difficult not to eat lots when I am in a "low" as I end up eating until I feel better (which has a delay...so I eat more than I need to if that makes sense?)
 
Yes! Smaller but more frequent meals.


I have a catch 22....


When I wake up in the morning, I usually have my oatmeal. This fills me but after three hours, I am hungry as a bear. I hate that feeling.

Now if I dont eat breakfast, I can go six hours without even noticing I am hungry. The problem is, when I do stop to eat, I eat way too much, way too fast, and then I feel as tho I can almost fall asleep. I hate that

feeling too.


Yesterday was not the best for eating. Big shutdown here at work and food was catered in all day. Some of the best sandwichs I had in a long time...then chicken and potatoes. Nothing for breakfast, 2 sandwichs for lunch and 2 pieces of chicken with just a handful of potatoes for supper . But when I got home, I was still hungry so I had a burger patty with a couple huge fresh garden tomatoes. Probably not that bad of a day but not as good as I planned.


Today is gonna kill me. Pizza for lunch and pasta and meatballs for supper. Just gotta keep the portions sensible!

Impossible. I feel like a bloated whale.


I ate pizza yesterday. More than I should have. But Im off for the next couple of days and am going to eat sensibly.


Portion control.


Water.


And fill up on garden veggies. Nom Nom Nom.



Now its off to the cottage to get som much needed work done.
