Breakfast: two eggs,Two meat paddys,slice of cheese with toast and some green tea.

Lunch: two meat paddys,one Banana,Slice of white toast

Tea:Bowl of Butter chicken.

Active:Not much.Rode my bike a few times up the hill.

Exersize:30 mins on bike and 20 mins weight training.

Hey im just making a food dairy so i can track my food intake in a day i hope this is okay.
