Well I have been on the Atkins Diet since Monday now. I started off at 158.4lbs and weighed myself on Friday and was 152lbs. That's a loss of 6.4lbs

I also went swimming on Tues night and to Aquafit on Wednesday.
I will continue going swimming twice a week as I really enjoy this.
I did feel very sick on Thursday and was ready to quit but I think it was my body withdrawing from carbs and all the rubbish, then Fri and Sat I have felt a lot better and am soooooo happy that I am losing weight.
I will continue until I lose two stone, then I will begin the Atkins ladder where there are rungs. Each week you gradually add in more veg, then week 2 fruits, week 3 nuts and seeds, week 4 Alcohol
, week 5 more starchy veg, then you can start adding in wholegrains.
Eventually you will train yourself into eating more healthy
I am also now starting to drink a lot more water, possibly 6 -8 glasses per day, kept running to the toilet he first few days (I have a mega weak bladder as it is haha) but getting used to it now.
Took my wee girl out to play at the park with her scooter today as sunshine was out, nice being out walking in the fresh air.
Lets hope I cankeep this up and get to my target weight of around 130lbs xx
