At home exercises

I just started working out to lose weight/tone up. However, I am trying to do this without going to the gym. I purchased a home pull-up bar that attaches into the doorway. So I use that, try to do push-ups, crunches, jumping jacks, and running in place for now because the weather has been too bad for me to go out an jog. I was wondering if there was anything else I could do at home to help?

Also, as far as a pull-up/chin-up routine, I have no idea what to do. I just go until I can't and then break, then repeat now.

There are lots of things you can do at home. In fact, it's my personal/ professional opinion that you can get as much if not more done at home. Of course everything you can do at home you can do in a gym but without the gym fee. It is rediculous how many combinations of exercises you can do with just the resistance from your body.

I would say take a look at my blog and then give you the link but that's a big no, no in a forum post.

Doing the household chores are enough home exercises that can really burn down calories. Aside from shedding of fats, such exercises can also contribute to the "betterment" of the home.
