Lunch> Beef Jerky: 100
Celery sticks: 10
Ranch: 40
Graprefruit: 60
Kudos Bar: 100
Vitamins, iron supplement, and water.
Total: 310
Dinner> Pop Corn: 250
Light grapefruit juice: 0
Daily total: 1220
30 minute workout.
Feeling: feel great, already feel lighter as if i'm not weighed down by food.
