Arms and Pecs

Hey people, im new here and ive been workin out for a while

but i cant get my arms or pecs to anything special.

my abs are good, but i am not worried about them anymore, i want my arms and pecs to be big now!!

So do you have any suggestions to what workouts i should be doing?

exersices for pecs and arms.. do compound exersices as that will make you grow more and get stronger ;) bench press is always good, pullups also gives you good biceps. but like lei says, diet is very importaint, if you dont eat, it will be like building a huge house with no material ;):p
 
EAT. That is the main difference between trying to get abs, and trying to get upper/lower muscle mass.
 
Exercises

Yeah, I agree do compound exercises ... Dips, Bench press, Rows, Chins, Deads, Squats, yes squats, they will stimulate growth throughout your whole body. As mentioned above, diet is critical also. Good luck
 
don't neglect the upper and lower back, adn remember your triceps are twice the size of your biceps...don't just focus on curls.
