Arm pain

I did shoulders on monday and they had that "good workout yesterday" burn on tuesday. Well i dont normally play racquetball on tuesday cause the person i play with usually has stuff goin on that day, but we played yesterday.

And about halfway through the second game, I started feeling a pain in the muscle between my shoulder and upper pec (not sure which group it belongs to) but by the end of the game, i had a shooting pain going down through my bicep as well. We stopped playing early cause i didnt want to do any damage.

About 5 minutes after i stopped playing it went away. Should i worry about anything here? I'll definately not play racquetball after a shoulder/pec day again.

if your muscles are sore from a workout your body might not be used to added activity, its VERY easy to strain a muscle. Its probably a good thing that you stopped when you did. If you are feeling sore you are probably in the process of healing up. Let your body heal :)

I wouldnt worry about it, just remember to stretch before and after lifting. Always stretch warm muscles, never cold.. so hop on the bike and get your blood going a bit before you do stretch (5 mins should be okay at a moderate pace)
Its amazing how stretching can make a difference in muscle tension post workout.
