Could someone please answer my question.
Is this a good Full Body Workout?

no. You should stick to excersizes that use both legs, both arms, etc. like squat, deadlift, chinup, benchpress, etc. Since squats are important, I don't tihnk you'd be working hard enough doing the "squat-press" or the dumbbell stepups since you're using dumbbells for both. Incline single arm pressup probably isn't going to help you as much as chest/benchpress does. I've never seen those types of crunches before, but those look like they won't help anything (you can't spot reduce fat anyway) and I can't see why you'd do lateral raises (two point raise) to reduce fat.
THat workout looks like crap to me, I can't see how you'd get anything out of it. But I'm really no expert, and I could be wrong.
