AWe haven't had an official challenge for a while now, lets do it!
If your new to this just set a goal for the month and weigh every Sunday before the roast dinner
I am going to lose at least 7 pounds this month BRING IT OOOOON!
1st- 12 stone 4 (172 pounds)
8th- Diet fail.
15th- 12 stone 5.
