AWe haven't had an official challenge for a while now, lets do it!

If your new to this just set a goal for the month and weigh every Sunday before the roast dinner :)

I am going to lose at least 7 pounds this month :D BRING IT OOOOON!

1st- 12 stone 4 (172 pounds)
8th- Diet fail.
15th- 12 stone 5. :eek:
22nd-
29th-
 
I am up for the challenge! Sunday weigh-ins :)

1st- 203.8
8th- 202.8
15th- 198.8 bam!

Mini-goal: 199 by April 15th Done!
Main goal: 8lbs for the month.

I am going to start muscle building exercises when I hit 199, so my weight may stay the same for a bit. If I don't gain or lose for a few weeks, that's fine. I'll still eat well and exercise!

I am new to the site. I need a challenge. I need to lose 20 to 25 pounds, so I will set my goal to lose 8 -10 pounds by the end of the month.

Hey, i'm new here and in need of motivation. The challenge sounds great! Lets see if i can be down 10 pounds by the 29th ...


1st- 186.9 lbs /84.8 kg
7th-186.5 It was a sad,sad useless week even though i followed my diet plan /sigh
15th-186 lbs loss of whooping 0.5 /ashamed
22nd-183.4 and i am on my MC, this makes another 2.6 lbs loss, not much but better than 0.5
29th- 179.8 lbs loss of 3.6 lbs


Total loss of : 7.1 lbs

This means i didnt reach my goal, but it still was a good month. See you next challenge!
