Hey Amy, it's always a new day!

April 20 and I am on track!
 
I finished April on track and made most all my goals. Cate and Amy, I know April was tough for you, how did others do?
 
my goals:

-Lose 10lbs
-Eat 700-800 cal a day (unhealthy but necessary rn)
-take my time to eat
-only eat when hungry
-eat 2 or 3 regular meals a day
-avoid sugar, salty foods and carbs
-drink 2L of water a day "

I lost 5 pounds.
I took my time to eat.
Regular meals.

but the rest nah.
