Well I fell great however its 4:49 in the morning I worked out again yesterday technically I guess by that I mean its Tuesday now and I had a great work out Monday. I’m feeling really really good about things I think im already looking better I started working out 12 days ago and eating right again 5 days ago. but ever since I’ve started doing the working out again and eating right I’ve had trouble sleeping. More on this below…
How needed is sleep to shed weight?
I’m happier then I’ve been in a very long time as well. I used to be slightly depressed and I’d take sleeping pills or bottle of wine to get me to sleep but I can say full heartedly that I feel the best I have in a while if not the best I ever felt and would like some tips on getting sleep without pills or alcohol, do sleeping pills hurt weight loss?
I’m going to be very very happy when I start really losing weight but to be honest it’s more the actual working out that im starting to love. Every day I’m finding out I can run farther and faster then I ever thought I could or that I can hike for hours and afterwards feel fantastic! I still am lifting at the level that I was 3 years ago but I think I can make that go up too. I plan on mostly running and walking until I got some fat off before I start really focusing on mussel building. Don’t get me wrong I want to lose some pounds and aim to do it. But im finding some real peace in just using the body again like I did when I was in high school or even younger.
Im excited for Wednesday because I get to weigh my self since I’ve started working on eating right again and I can see benefits already and so can my friends.
