Hello All!
Now that I have your attention... Lol
I am on a journey to lose 30 - 40 pounds this summer. Over the.course of my Navy career and the 8 years since I retired, I have gone from 165 to 218. According to the BMI charts, this makes me borderline obese. I am not sure I agree with that, but everyday activities should not leave me winded. Lol, I want to be able to tie my shoes without grunting or straining.
Don't want to get back to 165 again, but 185 - 190 would be great. (I am 6' 1" tall)
FEEL FREE TO CHALLENGE ME! Hold me accountable, I'm good with that.
Anything I can do to be helpful to someone here, ask.
