Personaly i wouldnt take more than 1 product at a time. I take protien, but only if i feel i wont get enough during the day.
also that must be very very expensive!!!! i wouldnt take all those, cos although they are all tested and safe, you dont know how they will effect you when all taken together for a long period of time.
also the cretien i took, was for 10mins before a work out, but that was liquid form.
i agree with slim, just buy some food man.
