anything wrong...

is there anything wrong with this....



mon.

chest ,tri's ,legs
bench press 2 sets 15 reps.. push ups 2 sets 50 reps
bench dip 2 sets 30 reps ..over head extension 2 sets 15 reps
squats 2 sets 10 reps.. dead lifts 2 sets 10 reps

wed.

back ,biceps ,shoulders
chin ups 2 sets 10 reps.. dead lifts 2 sets 10 reps
standing barbell curls 2 sets 8 reps..hammer curls 1 set 50 reps
over head press 2 sets 12 reps laterial raise 2 sets 15 reps

fri.

chest, biceps ,shoulders
bench press 2 sets 15 reps..push ups 2 sets 50 reps
standing barbell curls 2 sets 8 reps..hammer curls 1 set 50 reps
over head press 2 sets 12 reps.. laterial raises 2 sets 15 reps
 
Looks good. I would try to hit my back and legs twice a week as well. Maybe Saturday?? And, you may wanna work your back harder... Try adding bent-over dumbbell rows to that back day along with chins.
 
another opinion

mon i'd do chest, shoulders, tris and legs so i'd put the overhead press here

wed i'd do back and biceps with chins, curls, rows, deadlifts

and fri i'd repeat mondays workout then next week it would be back and biceps monday and friday and chest, shoulders, triceps wedesday so on and so forth.
