Anyone use/own Cap Barbells? -Looking for opinion

I'm looking to buy a weight set and see that Cap Barbell has several economical sets.

Anyone have any experience with Cap?
Yea? Nay?

I'm not sure if they are any different to any other weights in there price range.
Dont buy stuff off the net, Go and have a look at them when ever possible and save yourself the P&P
