Oprah is pushing it but look at how much she weighs now and I read online that people complain they took money for a free trial and keep billing them, that isn’t right. But does it even make you loose weight?

That’s what I need to know, and do you keep off the weight look at Kirstie Alley, I wouldn’t do Jenni Craig even if it wasn’t so much money, does anyone know if Acai diet is bogus??

A few people mentioned Nulean, said it isn't cheap but really did the job. Anyone out there tried it?

If you had success with it pleas post and say how well you did.

Thank you I need to lose weight badly.

No, nobody looses weight with acai berry, Perhaps I should redirect you to reading a few of the sticky threads to learn how weight gain and loss works. It boils down to calories in vs calories out. Basic thermodynamics.
This means you dont need to starve to lose weight, and stupid gimmicks like pills and acai berry wont do diddly.
I removed your link, its generally considered spam when your first post is a link. Next time you will probably get banned for it :)

My favorite phrase:

If it really worked, we'd all be thin!!

There is no magic pill, diet, drink, etc.

acai berry is a verry effective product.
i lose 6 pounds in just a month...
try using them too!!!
im sure you will be amazed with the results.

Holy crap, I lost the same in the same time without eating a single acai berry. Obviously, that means acai retards weight loss instead. And milk with whey, actuated by good exercise, is the miracle weight loss trick.

Add blueberries to your diet - all the benefits, at supermarket prices.

And the benefits do not include "miracle weight loss", whether its blueberries, acai berries, or dingleberries.

most acai berry products have the ingredient hydroxylcut, thats why you lose weight with it. nothing to do with the berry.

I know people that have lost weight with the Spam removed it is possible

I think the best way to be fit is still exercise and proper diet. Spending money over some supplements can maybe have some good effects but it may not last that long compared to routine discipline (exercise and proper diet).

My mum used it for a while so i was thinking about using it but it turns out it did nothing! And to add to that they took £150 out of her bank over three months, she only recived 2 bottles

Here is the problem.

Acai Berry is high in antioxidants. That is good but that has 0 effect on your actual weight loss. Now there are studies about will it help hold down hunger but none are conclusive.

The number one thing is remember this is BUZZ WORD advertising. The weight loss is because of calorie reduction, not the berry itself. It's too good to be true. Think logically. If you are taking it, take it cause of the antioxidant. Don't be fooled into thinking it is for your weight loss.

Calories in < Calories Out = weight loss.

Period.

Well I guess it all depends on what Acai Berry really are used. Just like Hoodia there are plenty variations, and many of them are scam. However there are also some Acai Berry products that really work - I have a friend of mine, who used Pure Acai Berry, and she really was very satisfied with the resault...she also felt quite of energy boost, while she used to take it. Here is good review of this one:

Acai Berry itself does not one thing for weight loss. None. Zippo.

You say she used Pure Acai Berry and that is the reason. I'm betting that wasn't the factor. Give us the full story..what was her diet, was she adding working out, was it it an actual Acai Berry or was it a pill with other ingridents or a juice with the same thing.

It has yet been proven to do anything it claims outside antioxidants, so I'd like to know more about the facts of 'working' Acai Berry product.

I just don't believe weight loss has anything to do with the acai berry. Pretty much any normal weight loss program of cutting calories and exercise will cause the scale to drop.

Did Oprah actually endorse Acai Berry?

I don't watch Oprah but if she actually endorsed Acai Berry ( as someone mentioned in this thread ) , then she is the biggest scamster of all. Looks like a behind the scenes conspiracy created by the weight loss industry- media - Oprah and her lawyers!

Imagine this.....There are lots of spamster who promote Acai berry related websites because a) They are either selling the Acai berry themselves or b) they are affiliates of someone who is selling Acai Berry. Depending on whether they fall in a) or b) there profits can be moderate to mild.

But with the kind of reach and a cult-like following Oprah has, imagine how much she could be getting paid to endorse such a product. In fact, her endorsing a product can actually create an industry for it...lmao!

Every few years ( or months ) you will see some new diet trend pop up and people follow it like sheep. I don't know who to blame...the marketers, for preying on weaknesses of people or the people themselves, for being idiotic enough to fall for different scams over and over again and not realizing that there is not shortcut to success ( i.e weight loss ).
