Anybody got explanation of all the training exercises with weights?

Can anybody give me a link which shows all the different excercises with weights.

e.g. dead lifts, squats, good mornings etc etc.

I am struggling to understand all the terms.

not the e book offer, look below that and there are a few exercises
and dont know if this is any use but would be great for newbies
