Any tips?

Im 5"10 and weigh roughly 155lbs. I play basketball and exercise/workout regularly. Although I dont have any certain routine or special diet that I follow, I eat healthy. Right now, i have 2, 35lb dumbbells and a bench w/ barbell. When I do workout, I will just do a bunch of random workouts for about 20-30mins.The last 2 workouts I ate one of those MET-Rx extra protein bars prior to doing so. My goal is to get an all around larger upper body. What should I do? any help is appreciated.
 
squat, deadlift, benchpress, bent row/pullup, military press

2 sets of 15 reps for 4 weeks
3 sets of 10-12 reps for the next 4 weeks
4 sets of 6-8 reps for the next 4 weeks

read the weightlifting stickies or the recommended books...
 
thanks, not too bad. also would it be bad to do this more than once in a day? or other similar workouts perhaps hours later?

so a 30 minute workout should be efficient for a day? or should i just add more exercises? ive been reading around but not a lot makes too much sense. it may seem weird but hours later i feel like working out again but i never knew it wasnt smart.

the thing presented would be a fullbody workout to do 3 times a week, with atleast one day between each workout day.
