Any tips or advices will be greatly appreciated

i have a little Q..

about 2 weeks ago i started to work out my biceps, at first i was using 10 lb dumbells

then i kind of was realising that i was lifting up the dumbells with almost no effort at all, so i tried increasing the weight to 20 pounds and i can handle them fairly well for a starter like myself, although i found wierd that i wasen't Getting sore even tho i added 10 pounds and worked my arms untill i had little energy left, at first i felt the muscles getting worked but after i finished i felt like new again but couldn't lift the dumbell, i did not feel sore the next day just a little in the morning but that was it?
Could this mean im using a 'bad form'?
i know soreness dosen't Exacly mean i didin't Workout well enough, but i had that doubt since i increased the weight but still did'nt feel sore. what could this mean?

please note im not a profesional but a beginner, so take it easy on me :p

thats why i come to the forums to seek some advices from you guys :D

thanks upfront BTW!

Since, as you say you know, soreness doesn't equal a good workout, soreness also doesn't equal good technique. If you're a beginner, then odds are heavily in favour of the idea that you are using bad technique (sorry, but it's statistically true), but how sore you get isn't going to give much indicator of this one way or another (although PAIN is never a good sign).
