Any Shoulder Workouts?

Can anyone spare a shoulder workout that doesn't really focus on bulking? I think I just had a recent strain and am looking to get back in the gym VERY, VERY soon (for upper body). I'm dying here just sitting around. Straining your shoulder takes you away from mostly everything upper body. Therefore, I'm looking for a shoulder routine to up my strength in my anterior, medial, and posterior delts. Thanks.
 
Strains are a pain (lol) that's for sure. I strained my posterior deltoid once from lifting too heavy and it took a little over a month to feel better.

Your still working your deltoids secondary while you are doing any compound exercises (but I'm sure you knew that)... but if you want to isolate your deltoids I do this circuit exercise with really light weights (5 lbs) on my off days:

Either standing or sitting-

12 front raises
12 lateral raises
12 bent over posterior raises
12 upright row
12 over head press
(rest) then 2 more sets.

That is definitely what I was looking for. I meant to say that I wanted an isolation workout. The only reason I don't want to use my old one is that I pushed it to hard and it hurt me, haha. So, I was looking for something a little new. Yeah, its my medial delt, and has taken me away from all upper body exercise because I'm afraid of making it worse. I've been off it for 2 weeks, and legs aren't much fun by themselves. Thanks again!
 
Texas can i ask what your injury felt like? As im not getting pain, but its an odd deep intense burn which is limiting the weight im using whilst doing shoulders

If i extend my right arm straight out in front of me, and rotate it clockwise i can feel something in the middle of my shoulder.

Friend thinks im doing to heavy weights on shoulder exercises ?
