Any Ideas for a workout??

Ok so I am home for the next couple of months and really wanted to start on like a body-weight mainly program since I am not a gym member

I'm about 5'11", 145 lbs, male.

I have a 10lb medicine ball, box for w/e (squating on, jumping on, etc), jump-rope, pull-up bar, some free weights

I want to develop some sort of program that involves running (sprints?), plyometrics, pull-ups, push-ups, etc, but I have NO IDEA what order to do everything in, what to do in the first place, how many sets, days a week...

I would like a weighted vest, too expensive though

Anyway, I guess my goal is to Build Muscle, Tone, and increase my agility and speed.

If anyone could help out or recommend a full program to me I would really appreciate it
