Well, I'm a newbie and I don't know much about this site or anything but I'll just jump right into my story. I've always been big, for as long as I can remember. Even when I was about 5. As I grew up I kept getting bigger and bigger, but I never really payed attention to it because it never really bothered me that much until I went to high school. Well, high school came around and I am the most SELF CONSCIOUS person you will ever come across. I'm always hiding myself under hoodies or big jackets, so no one could see what was underneath (or so I thought). Now, I'm trying so hard to change because I want nothing more than too loose weight, look good, and be healthy. My starting weight is a very embarrassing 308. I work out about 4 times a week. I go to the the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for about an hour and a half to about two hours and then on Saturday I go to a workout class with my mom. I'm trying very hard to change my eating habits, which I feel is the hardest part of a weight loss journey. Here's my before picture, I'm the one on the far right.
