any advise??

newbe.. 17 yr 125 lb goal 150...height 5'10"...any advise 4 me?? i want to get bigger i have been going to the gym 4 two weeks but havent notice any change....what supplements can help me?? its hard for me to gain weight..I play many sports..soccer, surfing, vollyball..maybe i burn to much calories playing sports and i should quit some of them...please give me your adivises....

u wont see any "real" improvements in 2 weeks mate
and u dont really need to take supplements to get a good body, well i dont but ive seen massive gains :p, and i was around 125lb went to 149 in 3 months
u need to eat right, high calories and low fat. u jus need to make sure after bulking u dont end up with body fat of 20%+ keep it around 15% when bulking nothing more

o and it takes atleast 2 months to see some gains.
