Any advice??

Hey guys
Im 19 5'9-about 170-im in pretty good shape-I dont wanna lose any weight just get a more cut.
I'm trying to mix my routine up a little. What do u think about this workout
Alternating Monday Wed. and Saturdays these 2 workouts 1. bench, incline, flys, close grip bench, reverse curls 2. Shoulder press, cleans, pull ups dips, shrugs
On fridays ill be doing squats calves, deadlifts, good mornings and lunges
And tuesdays and thursdays a little hiit and abs
I kno its alotta upper body and only one day of legs but ive had some leg injuries and cant work them out more than once a week

sounds pretty good to me, not really great at judging work outs but you got rest inbetween work outs and a good variety, but if you truely want results you need a clean diet some that your gonna hear allot here is that hard abs start in the kitchen its true.
