Hello, I just made an account because I have a few questions that I've had trouble finding. I'm 15, most of my family is very overweight and for most of my life I thought that was normal. I took up all their eating habits and ate soooo much more than I should have. Eventually I realized that I looked like a COW and I decided to cut out major portions of my food. During this time I became homeschooled because our family was moving around a lot. I'm going back to school next semester. I REALLY REALLY don't want to be extra heavy when I go, I don't know if I can handle living every day surrounded by people that judge me based on my weight. I'm 239 pounds as of now, and my goal is 130, which is my recommend weight for my BMI. (I'm 5'1) I want to know if it's possible to loose a pound a day? Should I be having an extreme diet? As of now I only drink water and tend to stay more towards vegetables but I do cheat sometimes. I'm think about completely cutting out junk food for a year, and seeing where that gets me. I also don't excercise because I hate the feeling of my fat jiggling everywhere but if that's what it takes to get to my goal I'll do it. I hope so much that I can be my goal weight before I start school. But that's sometime in January, and it's almost October now. Maybe I'm crazy, I just want to know if I can do it. That will motivate me.
