Any Advice?

I am currently taking cytogainer.. any thoughts on that?

i take 4 scoops after working out i have been taking it for 4 months now and i have been seeing improvement in size and strength. it has been increasing my appetite and i have been gainin weight.

anyways i know i cannot get a six pack until i start eating right and doing more cardio but i wanna get a bit bigger in my arms then i'll start getting cut.

here is my point. i have a lil bit of fat on my chest especially on my nipple area. anyone know of any good chest workout that focus on that area?
 
There is no such thing as Spot reduction bro.
You will have to lower your overall bodyfat in order to lower the fat in this area.
You cannot target certain parts of the body for fat loss.

Proper diet, cardio, and hi rep training is probably what you need.
 
I know of lots of great chest routines for that area.

but it wont' do s**t to cut fat from there since you cannot spot reduce (unless you go the liposuction route)

High rep training, well that'll make you better at endurance...but heavy weights are gonna burn more calories and produce more natural growth hormone and testosterone, which are both natural fat burners and metabolism boosters.

clean up your diet, watch waht you eat, and you'll lose the chest fat.
