Well its summer for me now and I have quite a lot of free time and I would like to know if anyone had any advice or tips for gaining weight and building muscle. I'm 15yrs 5'9 and I weigh 120. I know or at least feel like im underweight and seeing kids younger than me in highschool have huge arms compared to me makes me feel...envious. If anyone has anything that would be great!
*also I have a wheat/gluten allergy so if theres any diet tips Bread should be knocked off :/
Edit* I would at least like to gain 10-15 pounds before the end of summer
