Any advice for me? I want some weight loss tablets if they can help

Im on a diet, fruit, salads, potatoes etc.. etc.. i have been for months, well on saying that im now not on a diet, just a complete healthy eaing regime... It was the mind i had to get on board and i managed that... Anyway im also excersing like mad (and enjoying it) running, swimming, squash, punchbag, sit ups, ab roller, loads of stuff... im also weight training and seeing major results in my strength and size...

the belly as we all know is the hardest bit to loose... im lost shed loads of weight all over butthe belly is a nightmare... should i or can anyone advise me any tablets or suppliments to help me along the way... i know if i keep going as i am it will go, but im desperate to say look i did it...any advice on any tablets to help me along the way?

any weight training wise, im so please im not loosing the muscle... thats on and not going down!

Oh, don't exercise crazily, increase the intensity gradually. In the early period of exercise and diet, you may gain some weight, don't worry, it is muscle's weight. More muscle, more calories to be burned.
Drink enough water, eat smaller meals and more often, and the most important is to do exercise to build more muscle.
