Hello mums!
I am just another mum amongst all of you who is also trying to lose the new belly. my 9 month old baby boy (born almost 10lbs) has caused me a weight gain of 20 lbs. The only problem is that not all of that weight went into my tummy. More than half of it went into my thighs and bum! Anyways, it's been a few days now since I have been exrcising (I have been skipping rope). I feel good that I'm trying to do something to lose the weight than just being depressed about it. My diet is not strict, but I eat healthy. I cook healthy meals everyday and barely ever eat out, but I give in to chocolaty cravings - but with limits of course
... Does anybody have any advice for a desperate mummy with 20 lbs to shed??
