I think I've finally decided on a routine to do and would like some critiques. I'm 18, 5' 8" and about 155lbs. I'm doing the 'Twelve Weeks to Super Strength' from T-Nation which takes up two days and I'm also adding in a core/leg day. I'm doing abs every other day and take Taekwondo twice a week which seems to be good cardio

In short, it emphasizes the chest and back but covers all the upper body muscles in terms of exercises..
And on my core/leg day I plan on doing...
3x10 Squats
3x10 Deadlifts
3x10 Lunges
and some leg exercises...
