I'm Shane, I'm new here, and I'm 48. I have been working out with weights for the last few months four times per week---basically working each muscle group once a week. But I'm struggling with plateauing right now and I need some help. So if any of you have some good tips on this....well, I'll post it in the appropriate section so you can answer me there.
